Teflon caps are REALLY expensive and not easy to source. I don't believe the caps ARC uses are available to the DIY'er. V-Cap TFTF caps in a 3.3uf value are $525 USD each, assuming you are getting four: https://www.v-cap.com/tftf-capacitors.php Solen has an option in 3.3uh that's on sale for $140 USD, which is a bargain as their 4.7uf at $477 USD each:

"There is a new teflon cap now out on the market, from Dan Wright at Modwright. You can look things up on his website, www.modwright.com. There are only 3 values of teflon caps at the moment. Pricing seems similar to the SonicCap Platinums. I believe he developed these caps in order to use them in his new preamp, which recently came out on the market.

Consistency (and cost) dictated around 1995 when many highend audio firms adopted the balanced setup, that one could skip cinch/RCA connectors all together, at least AR did so on my LS5 MKII.
