Those Supreme FX cards aren't really sound cards, they are more like an audio riser card as the motherboards that come with them have no audio built in/on the motherboard. As far as it working on a motherboard other than the one it came with, I honestly have no idea as I have never looked into it.

It is a modem with audio riser card not much on card for ID purposed but 90079 smart moudlar. Looked up original specs on pc and it listed Rockwell RipTide Combo Card. I find drivers for this but none seem to work. I did get sound to work at one point using the drivers from the recovery cd but the modem isn't working.
