    I am able to restart Windows Audio Service by right-clicking on the sounds symbol on the Taskbar and then selecting sounds. Then something pops up and I'm able to re-enable the service. However, many programs trigger the sounds to stop working again. This wasn't happening before. I'm running Vista Ultimate on a Dell Latitude E6400.
