While there are 300b amps that will deliver the power you are looking for, I don't know of anything that otherwise fits your need. I do like SET amps (I own a pair of Audio Note Kageki--parallel SET 2a3 tube), but, I also like various pushpull pentode/tetrode amps (the amp I currently run is a pushpull amp) and output transformerless amps as well.
