Pros. Super build quality ( I have a pair of $200 Sony's and they feel like cheap plastic toys in comparison) Super clear sound ( haven't heard anything clearer yet) Screw on 1/4 adapter is very nice Cons Non removable cord Weak on Bass sound. For me the trade off for super sound quality vs Bass is worth the trade off. One person found this helpful

Very sturdy and does not feel cheap. The ear muffs move around very easily so it can be hard to contain at first, but that's what makes it so compact for storage. Not headphones that you would want to use if you want to keep them on your head for multiple hours, but if you're going to be taking them on and off, they're great.

Deep clean bass and the pro500mk2's are the closest that I've found. If I could combine these and the M50x they would be a lot better. Both of them can handle massive amounts of power. The M50X do better in the mids and highs. They are much more clean and crisp with vocals and instruments.

The Pro500 Mk2 on the other hand gave a more balanced approach between the three of them and yet still gave pretty good bass, maybe not as heavy (the difference is very small compared to the M50) as the M50 but still plenty enough. The highs were nice and clear compared to the M50 and not as harsh or forward as the S/LE.
