Server is running Windows 2003 and Terminal Services is enabled and licensed. The server does not have a physical sound card. When clients connect and try to play videos in IE the video and audio quality is extremely poor. Pandora or other audio only feed in IE is also very poor. In Chrome and Firefox I get no audio at all, but video is very good.
