Re: how can we send sound via tight vnc. there is no software for this through vnc. however, winamp can output sound like an internet radio station. if it is music you want to hear, you can just use winamp to stream to your client computer.

You select the audio you want to monitor at the server end and what sound device plays it at the client end. I use this with tightvnc and it works fine BUT it would be real nice if it were integrated. If you do integrate sound please allow for multiple formats and sample rates.
