Tube break-in? - Stereophile.com
https://www.stereophile.com/content/tube-break-1
I would tell you tubes require no "break in" time. They need to come up to a constant operating temperature and any existing gasses need to burn off. That should take less than an hour in most cases. After that, what you hear is what you get.

As to speakers, break-in, assuming it occurs, is a matter of physical changes, such as loosening of the spider and rubber surround. I imagine that they are tight to begin with and are designed to loosen to the proper condition during use. Others

30 min warm up time is usually about right for my tube monoblocks and preamp. For the first one hundred hours or so I would leave it on continously and play music when you can. It will break in the fastest this way, but by then the electronics should be well settled in.

Rule of thumb I was familiar with was break-in time of 100 hours for output tubes and 20 hours for small signal tubes. So far my experience bears this out in general though it certainly has varied a good bit. But I will say tubes that sounded plain bad to begin with never improved to acceptable listenability.

If the sockets are dirty or not tight enough, or if the pins are slightly "thinner" than your original tubes, or have a little grime on them, it can cause one or more pins be unable to make solid contact. This can result in noise. So... make sure your tube pins are clean before plugging them in. Also, make sure your sockets are clean and tight.
Tube Amp Break In - General Forum - Audiophile Style

I believe in regards to tube amps, just having them on counts towards breaking them, but it’s better running a signal through them as that gives it more of a workout chasing speaker loads. 10-14 days is the general rule, but new tube gear can significantly improve by the hour / day in my experience. Speakers and Tubes “There is no question that amplifiers do break in and sound ever warmer and sweeter as they get played,” says Brian Gerhard of Top Hat Amplifiers. “I don’t know how many hours it takes, but I’ve historically noticed an obvious difference after about two years, even referenced through new tubes and speakers.”
