Fig.5 Audio Valve Eclipse, HF intermodulation spectrum, DC–24kHz, 19+20kHz at 1V peak into 8k ohms ( linear frequency scale ). Provided it is used with power amplifiers having an input impedance of at least 30k ohms, the Audio Valve Eclipse measures well for a tube design, with its performance optimized for real-world conditions. Russian and Chinese Tube Substitutes - Audiotubes.com

NOS Russian versions are the best, but are scarce and expensive. Versions that should work interchangably are the 6C33B, 6C33C, and the 6C18C, but check with your equipment dealer first! The Chinese 6P1 and the Russian equivalent 6P1P also have no Western equal. The only other sub is the Russian 6N1N.

6P1. The 6P1 is an audio output beam tetrode. It was introduced in the mid 1950's and obsolete a decade later. With a cathode resistor of 180 Ω and an anode load of 5,000 Ω it would produce 4.2 Watts at 7% distortion. It shares the pin arrangement with the 6V6 family.

E182CC, best versions by Philips in Holland and Telefunken (off course), the Mullard UK was normally the US-made 7119 rebranded. The French RTF is a Philips tooled version, but sounds slightly less pure. The E182CC is my favourite sounding equivalent. 7119, the Amperex is the same as the E182CC Philips Holland above and sometimes cheaper as a result.
