Not a bad idea to extract any audio onto a track. Then only monitor the Studio One track. Also set an offset such as 2 seconds. Give Studio One time to roll before the first frame of picture. Put the video on another drive to your audio drive if possible and stream it from there. Studio One is not a video editing program nor it should be.
