They sold their Alphasonik line, but Audiobahn and Swiss Audio had not been purchased by anybody and filed for bankruptcy and shut down. They made many bad business decisions. The biggest was deciding to build unreliable, crappy products.

The good thing is audiobahn just went out of business so they are getting cheaper if you can find them, but if you want a really good subwoofer for CHEAP get the pioneer premier ts-w3004spl if you can find it. Louder than my rockford T1 and 15" kicker L7 and less than half the price.
