Run the logs in Lync server end (Mediation Server) and the gateway and see what's really going on. It looks to me it can be a codec related issue. You need setup route, contact the AudioCodes Support team, because I didn't know if MP 112 has SBC, and you will need it. Check in Voip, GW and IP to IP, Routing if had.
