MUSIC On Hold is not working on Lync Polycom 300X phones. We have Lync 2010 SBA and Lync 2013 front end server and using audiocodes mediant 1000 gateway. In Lync 2013 global policy - Music on hold is enabled but no file mentioned. I am not sure how the map audio files on Lync 2013 or Mediant 1000 gateways.

MOH has been disabled globally in SfB so there is no option to enable it in SFb client. We would like to use Mediant 1000 to generate MOH. This SBC is connected to a SIP trunk . Does anyone know how we could do this ? I tried uploading prerecordedtones.dat but we are getting silence on calls which has been put on hold. Thanks

We are using an Audiocodes Mediant 1000 with Lync 2013, hold is working on CX600 phones and we are testing VVX600 phones. We have the same problem, when we put an ISDN call on hold the MOH isn't played (it is played by the audiocodes when we use the CX600 phones) Thanks, Arnaud Fausser
