According to Audiocodes who looked at their Logs they don't see any issue on the Gateway side. As far as they can see the Mediant sees all the correct SIP messages coming over to place a call on hold and they return the correct 200 response back to Lync. After a couple test calls they basically said it had to be something on the Lync side.
