For this call, when the receptionist hit the transfer button the Audiocodes SBC never receives a SIP re-invite request placing the call on hold. AS such, the SBC cannot generate any ringback tone or hold tone. In this scenario, there is nothing the SBC can do to play ringback tone if it is not being sent directly from Microsoft.
