Hi, you should check you Audiocodes configuration. Don't disable refer support on your Lync Trunk. Audiocodes MSBG 1000 is fully supported. How is your Lync Trunk configured? If encryption is optional you should use Prefered Single Media on the AC. If your enryption is disabled on the trunk, disable also on the AC. Here is the description from AC.

Yes REFER support and configuration is required for Teams Direct Routing. Each SBC vendor is responsible for providing appropriate instructions and when available automatic configuration through wizards. Not all call transfer scenarios will involve REFER. If just a blind transfer with invite you won't see a REFER.
