Hopefully the Superclock 3 has all that. There is plenty of room inside the Bel Canto DAC2 for upgrades. I think it's pretty important to have side by side comparisons with stock vs. modded to hear the real difference. Placebo effect is just too strong. Especially if you fork over $300 to change one little part.
