the LC6i and Lc7i are really only needed if you need summing. Do you have a left and right speaker in the car that is full range? if so the LC2i will work just fine and it is under $100. ( it also has the smart bass restoration) Original post whore! Bent Nail Brewery

I didn't install a LC6i, but I did install an LC2i in my 2014 Unlimited Willy's Edition. I don't have a sub in my system as of yet but I primarily put the LC2i in to compensate for the factory head unit's bass roll-off which starts about mid-way up the volume range.
