Take a flashlight and look to see if you can see a CD partially stuck just on the other side of the CD slot. If you can see the CD try to work it out with a tool. This may allow the other CD to come out by using the eject button. You may try pushing the load button to see if the slots will move inside the player to help you out.

I looked inside and could see a CD partially loaded. I used a small screwdriver to lightly push the CD. The player proceeded to load the CD properly and all was well. No problems since.
