Now I know AQ is a quality company but i'm just curious as to why I don't see many people running them? Because I was looking into AQ for a while, but then i stopped because of that. All info is welcomed on any of their sub lines

The Audioque has a much more simple motor than the DD 9500. The Audioque motor won't work with voice coils lower than dual 1.5 ohms, while the DD motor will work with coils as low as dual 0.5's. I plan on doing four AudioQue HDC3 18" Woofers soon (Copper Coil). I was wanting to know if there were any woofers that can handle as much or more power and are as good or better than for around the same price. If anyone can let me know something that would be great, thanks!

Posted on Tuesday, July 07, 2009 - 13:56 GMT. any sub in a FULL SQ CAR can sound good.. basically because they are more than likely only playing 20-40hz range at a volume only loud enough to fill in. i really hate it when people try to compare subs made for spl and say they have great SQ solely based because someone is running one in an SQ setup.
