As far as I know, there's only one AudioStocker plugin (a 3rd-party dsp volume normalizer plugin), so you're confusing me a bit by saying "plugins". Is the installer an EXE or ZIP file? If it's an exe file, just run it and the plugin should install automatically. If it's a ZIP, extract the files inside to the Winamp\Plugins dir.

Hey guys, Does anybody know of any plugins for winamp that will normalize the output level,that also supports 24bit/192khz output? I used to use Audiostocker,and it worked well for lower bitrate outputs,but with my newer PC/soundcard I've turned up the settings to 24bit/192khz and Audiostocker doesn't support the higher bitrate.

record to dll - insert MuchFX2 or similar (stocker) here then press the plus or insert button in MuchFX plugin to add your effect plugins and as last plugin add shoutcast dsp. To hear the effected output you can do this for example: point the shoutcast dsp to your shoutcast server, preferably in same or your second computer.
