Open the IFO that contains the movie, choose only the movie PGC, and check only the "Create A PGC VOB" box. Then open the VOB in AutoGK. I'll assume you don't want subtitles because opening VOBs prevents you from getting any. The first method is more guaranteed to get the AVI without any audio synch problems, though.

The software doesn't show the progress of the conversion, and the instructions for starting the software are not as clear as DVD Fab.
