Yes, the audio delays as shown in DVD Decrypter and as shown when coming from DVD2AVIdg (used by AutoGK) are supposed to be different, and the one from DVD2AVIdg (AutoGK) is the correct one. As long as you don't use Stream Processing in DVD Decrypter to get the audio, you'll be OK.
