The first number is the audio delay and should match what PGCDemux told you (ignore a difference of 1). If it doesn't, abort the conversion (don't delete the files from your HDD), change the value in Lastjob.vcf (and save) and manually start VDubMod (there's no icon, look in the AutoGK folder and make your own shortcut), click File, Load Script and find Lastjob.vcf
