We're using wifi-sets (Avaya 3641), that sometimes have problems with opening an audio channel. Signalling works fine, though. After some fiddling around with parameters I found that setting the inter/intra region IP/IP direct audio to No in the ip-network-region form seems to solve the problem, but I'm not sure at to how it affects the system.
