I've just upgraded to Avid Xpress Pro 5.7.2 from version 4.6 - the old version worked, but now I get the 'failed to initialize audio hardware' message when i try to open avid. I'm on a PC. When Avid reaches 'Initialize audio' in the loading screen I get the error message "Exception: Failed to initialize audio hardware".
