Please test with the latest release 2.6.15 first (though it doesn't look like audio shift was touched in between) and if the issue persists, please provide a sample (~100MiB from the beginning of the file should be enough) cut in a binary way (not with Avidemux!).

I'm editing a large DVB using Avidexux, and am using the "Shift" option in the audio settings to correct a 300ms sync problem. When I save the file the output contains no audio at all. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm running version 2.6 of Avidemux on Windows 7.
