The issue is that audio is out of sync. In the beginning it's not very noticeable but closer to the end audio is ahead by a few seconds. No such issue on the source file or when souce file is encoded without avisynth. I tried to figure out the reason and I found that Media Player Classic provides this info on the source file (Ctrl + G):

That said, there is a good chance your original avi has VBR MP3 audio, which can cause sync issues for converters. You can't preserve the sync audio/video if you change the num_frames in a distinct ratio (2,39723) than fps (2,39368). Seems a insane video conversion (fps = 59.842 ??), more frames than original in a progressive video?? InterFrame increases the frame rate. It works fine with most other videos.
