My laptop has FCH Azalia Controller (rev 01) on board. However the volume level on linux is very low and feeble compared to windows. It seems that there isn't a proper driver for Linux based systems. On windows the audio is loud and clear. The windows has got a proper driver. Could you please develop and release a audio driver for the linux system.

You can do this by right-clicking on you speaker icon and selecting sound preferences -> hardware -> select the desired audio output -> select the desired surround profile (ie: Analog Surround 5.1 Output + Analog Stereo Input) -> Test Speakers. During the installation the sound level can be mutted, check out in the slider if it is not mute!
