The worst are 3d ones like Zelda, Super Mario Galaxy 2, etc. Least problems are Fire Emblem, New Super Mario Bros.

The HLE hacked Dolphin worked essentially flawlessly, yet almost every other version I tried from that one until the one I'm currently using had MAJOR audio issues to the point of making the game unplayable. The Dolphin linked in that thread is 3.0-71, but the one that I was using was 3.0-72.
