Scarab Deluxe: After some time with the Lucky Number, I removed it from the simple signal chain and installed the Scarab Deluxe. To my ear, it is a truer "fuzz" pedal than the Lucky Number. The bias knob really allows the user to explore a variety of fuzz tones. The bias set between 7:00 - 10:00 gave those awesome gritter, gated tones.
