alright a slight update on the issue. i've tested to work around the issue with virtual audio cable and till now tested for couple of hours its working and no audio cut outs. also it seems to extensively has a positive reaction towards game performance which means no stutter in fps, no stutter in audio, no sound missing like footsteps and such!
