When you lose audio by changing services, go to ‘Pop-up > tuner information’ & take a note of the signal strength & quality readings for that service. Watch the readings for a while (a few minutes) to see if the readings drift up or down. Very good readings should be 99% & 99% & shouldn’t drift by more than 2% up or down.

The problem I have is there are no English subtitles on the disc. I found several sets of English subtitles but all of them are either badly done or way off in timing except for one. It needs to start a bit earlier, BUT! Not being familiar with Portuguese or the sound of the language I found it hard going using my old favourite Subtitle Workshop

Your problem may of course be a received signal quality issue so it is worthwhile to check your antenna and cable connection to your box and check the signal strength and the signal quality - they should be around 97% or better. Also check for duplicate LCN's.

At least I found a solution to the problem. 1 Tomdarkness 2d 0 I have the same issue. Shield -> Receiver -> TV. Was working fine prior to the 9.0 update. It's setup to bitstream the audio and prior to the update I had no issues with audio sync. However, after the update I have sync issues.
