Click in an empty space in the track view to make sure everything is deselected. Make every audio tracks' output to Master (midi tracks' output to the corresponding soft synth>audio tracks, of course), and use "Master" as the export source. It should work. Automation Write should have nothing to do with exporting, AFAIK.
