Re: Cinema 2.5K (2012) audio input question. Everything that Walter said above. If I recall, the BMCC 2.5K lets you set the input to either Mic or Line. So, if taking a line in, you might be able to set the input to Line. BTW, I was looking at the price for a used BMCC 2.5K on the provided link above.
