I have the Blackberry Torch and all of the problems listed at the beginning of this thread were more or less fixed with an upgrade to the OS in September. Apart from the poor screen resolution I don't think I really have any other problems with the phone. I'm looking to Captivate simply because I read quite a few documents on the device.
