Now we are getting the same distorted audio issues described above. I've tried uninstalling Zoom, OBS, the DeckLink software, RealTek audio drivers and then re-installed them all. I've updated Decklink to version 12.x (we were running 11.6 before). This did not resolve the issue with the audio in Zoom or in Windows.

Audio distortion over zoom. Thu Apr 29, 2021 9:07 pm. I have a maddening issue and support gave up on it. On long zoom webinars (and on skype), certain combinations of equipment produce audio distortion after around 35 minutes, which continuously gets worse until it's unusable. Toggling the zoom camera off and on instantly fixes it.

First remove the separate audio input device in OBS and right click on the Video Input and click properties. Click the Use custom audio device to hear the distorted audio. It should look like this.
