If the BM device doesn't receive a full frame then it drops that frame and you get sync issues. This will show up if you have it set to stop on dropped frames. The usual way round this is to send the signal through a timebase corrector to clean up the source signal before feeding it to the BM device

It's not clear where you're monitoring audio. You should hear audio from the output of the Intensity Shuttle. Does that mean that in order to monitor audio you have to connect your headphones (or speakers) to the Audio Out sockets on the Intensity Shuttle and not to the Headphones Out on your Mac? BEHRINGER audio mixer . BlackMagicDesign Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0 ----- I changed all component from my system (laptops, video and audio mixers). I tried Wirecast 6.0.8, 6.0.6 and 7. Problem is the same. If I use laptop's mic input with the tie mic (for axample) and Intensity Shuttle for video signal only - everything is good.
