Audio cutter is not accurate for the blankclip generating logic. I believe the length of the blankclip to be produced should be the last cut's endframe +1. This creates a blank clip 100 frames in length, as frame count from 0 exactly, the last frame # is 99. And this is in megui\trunk\core\util\FilmCutter.cs.
