Are you trying to play them back in full disc mode (ie you get the menu's etc) or just in file mode ( you choose the m2ts file) if the latter then that's why it's not working in PowerDVD as it will only play back the HD audio track when playing back as a full disc with menu's.

so try going to the sound settings ( options scroll along the audio part ) while playing a bluray click on that , then go to audio click that and try changing the out put method to either bitstream or lpcm after changing the setting i had sound , but i was able to go back the 1st setting i had and still had sound again ,
