Yes, I have an iPhone 3gs and my Bluetooth phone works as well as the streaming. Once it pairs I go to my music and start playing. But of course hitting the bt audio button as well on the radio. That is definitely not normal. I use the Pilot's bluetooth with my 3GS and people can hear me fine. As a matter of fact, when I first got my Pilot I left myself a message on our answering machine so I could hear the audio quality, and it was surprisingly good at normal speaking volume. Sounds like a trip to the dealer may be in order.
