I am attempting to make my bluetooth headset work with my Windows 7 computer. The bluetooth device is being recognized by the computer and installed correctly, however under sound options the headset was shown as 'disconnected'. I clicked 'Disable' and the bluetooth headset option has now disappeared entirely.
