I was told today that my handbrake may fail an MOT depending on whether it chooses to auto-adjust properly on the day or not - and it will cost over £200 to fix - £90 for the new handbrake lever assembly and over £100 labour (dealer rate) as you have to remove the exhaust and heatshield!
