Make sure that Music Creator’s audio engine is engaged. The Audio Engine button in the Control Bar (Transport module) is lit when the audio engine is engaged. Music Creator 5 why no sound playback? `Audio Stopped`? Ive just installed Music Creator 5 on my pc with windows XP. I am using a MK-61 Keyboard and have managed to get some sound from the roland synthesizer,and it is connecting to the tracks,but when I try to play back stuff that I put into the boxes the sound keeps cutting out and it sais `Audio Stopped`.

Start > control panel > audio and sound devices > audio> MIDI music reproduction The options there were "EDIROL UA-4X and SW GS Wave Table Synth". I changed to "SW GS Wave Table Synth". After making the above change to the system, I relaunched Sonar LE, and went to change the MIDI output again. But there was still only "EDROL UA-4X".

Insert a synth (start with the TTS-1 Synth) Send the MIDI tracks to the synth track that you just inserted. Select a patch for the track to the sunth. Set the output of the synth track to your sound card.
