The DAC you are referring to is pre Richer Sounds (or more accurately the Audio Partnership). Cambridge Audio (Stan Curtis was their main designer, i think he posted here some time back) as was made 3 CD players using the TDA1541a and a DAC unit as well. The TDA1541A dac was used in parallel in all of them i think.
