As I see it, you have a couple of options. 1. Obtain Camtasia. Then make edits to the video using Camtasia. Or 2. Insert the SnagIt video into PowerPoint (assuming you have PPT). Then add the annotations there and use PPT animation functionality to add things in. Then display the PPT and record it again using SnagIt.

Hi, I have imported some voice narration into Camtasia Studio as .wav files that I would like to convert to Captions for Sub titles. When I click on the .wav file in the timeline and go to Captions and click on the grear icon, the option to use Speech to Text is greyed out?
