You could Select all tracks, and export to AAF (STP looks like it has crashed.. it takes a while to do it's thing). Start a new project in Logic (set the correct sample rate, Save with assets). Import the AAF... you get mono Left + Right files and the Logic mixer must be set so each channel pair are panned L + R.
