Yes, currently Mezzmo will transcode to WMV - we tried AVI as well, but it appeared that XBox didn't play some of the AVI files we generated, so WMV is a safer choice (at least for now). FFmpeg considers AAC an "experimental" format at this point, so we can encode it, but it's not in the released device profiles.
