I have an ageing but greatly appreciated Cantatis soundcard that was working perfectly well in Windows 7 Ultimate. However following the Windows 10 upgrade it has disappeared from the list in Device Manager to be replaced, seemingly, by Envy24 Family Audio Controller WDM.

Now to fund this little project I am considering selling my CI Audio/Squeezebox Duet combo. I have a high end PC that I am looking to use as my source, with an upgraded audiophile soundcard. I really like the idea of the Cantatis Overture 192. It has great DAC specs, so I know that won't be a problem for the replacement of my CI Audio VDA-2.

There is only one problem - 44kHz (88,2,176) playback works, 48kHz (and multipliers that is 96,192) don't work properly. It's like listening to music in 'slow motion'. I guess that Prodigy 7.1 hifi has different clock on board for 48 and its multipliers.
