From the distribution block there's a 4 gauge cable running to the Taramps amp. Then a 1/0 wire connected to the other inlet runs back to another fused distribution block then to the SoundQubed amp. Yeah, you hooked up your amp turn-on to your power antenna wire (solid blue) on the head unit (thus it only turns on when you are listening to AM/FM). You can do it right on the amp. Turn the volt meter to 20volt DC and put the red (12v +) lead on the 12 volt input on the amp, and the negative on the ground input on the amp. If you read 12 volt then there isn't a problem with the power getting there. If not then your fuse on your power cable is probably blown or missing.

quick way to test, tap the amps remote wire to 12 volt positive once quickly, this should at least flip the amp on because it would be detected like a pulse. if the amps on then great we know its the remote, pioneer does use the blue and white stripe as a remote amp wire. you may need to turn it on in the pioneer settings though.
